Please call the Vaccine Service Center 1-866-475-8222, Option 3 to unlock the account. A Vaccine Service Center agent will guide you through the steps to reset your password.

A:

Your request for a direct purchasing account must be reviewed for eligibility. You will have the ability to place an order at the time of registration; however, the order will reflect list pricing and will be on "Hold" until the registration has been approved.

A:

Any document that you believe would assist GSK to evaluate your account. Examples include a PHS Certificate or State License Number documentation.

A:

The first step should always be to direct the individual to set up a Username for themselves and place the order. A new profile can be created by selecting “Create Account” from the GSKDirect.com homepage, filling in all required fields and then linking to an existing account by entering an account identifier. See the FAQ for “How do I create an account on GSKDirect?”

A:

Invoice delivery preferences are optional. Note: If no selection is made by any user that is linked to this Ship To location, an invoice will be mailed to the Bill To address linked to this account.

Step 1: Log in to GSKDirect.com.

Step 2: Click on the personalized drop-down menu at the top navigation and select Communication Preference Center, under My Profile.

Step 3: On the Communication Preference Center page, you can view your current selection and make any needed changes. Click on the checkbox that you would like to add or remove, then click "Save". Note: You must click "Save" even if you are deselecting checkboxes.

Step 4: A success message will appear confirming that your preference has been saved.

Note: For auto-payments to process successfully within GSK EasyPay, you must select "Mail" or "Email and Mail" as your invoice delivery preference.

Step 1: From GSK EasyPay, click on the "Open" tab to view any open invoices.

Attention: Payment is in process if the "Paid Online" value on the "Open" tab is greater than zero. DO NOT make additional payments against those invoices. Please note payments could take up to 4 business days to clear.

No. They must be given permission to use the card by the person who adds the credit card.

A:

The paper process is still required. The GSKDirect process is for GSK Only and does not link in the PBG at this time (eCS should still be used by the PBG to view membership).
